Here is our custom order policy.

All custom orders require a 50% deposit upon acceptance and initiation of order. The balance of payment along with shipping will be due upon completion and pre-shipment of the order. Processing time will be dependent on the order. Any cancellation of a custom order after initiation of process will result in loss of customer deposit.
All custom orders are non-returnable and nonrefundable.
